Data Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Data Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day handling, organization, and quality of business and product data. You will help maintain accurate records, process information across internal systems, and support teams that rely on reliable data for their daily work.

This is a practical, detail-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working with information, follows processes carefully, and is comfortable learning new software and tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Enter, update, and maintain information across internal systems and spreadsheets.

• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Process information received from different internal and external sources.

• Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent records and help resolve them.

• Organize and standardize data according to established guidelines.

• Perform regular data checks and routine quality-control tasks.

• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and operational records.

• Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal teams.

• Follow documented procedures for data processing and updates.

• Work with Operations, Product, and Data teams to resolve data-related issues.

• Keep documentation and process instructions up to date.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, operations, or a related role.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and web-based business systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to follow processes and handle repetitive tasks consistently.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Comfortable learning new software and working independently.

• Clear written communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or other business applications.

• Familiarity with data quality or data-processing tasks.

• Basic knowledge of reporting or data analysis.

• Experience working in a SaaS, technology, or operations environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$48,000-$62,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
