Associate with hands-on multifamily experience to help our customers get the most out of our audit and diligence platform.\nThis is an ideal role for someone who has worked inside multifamily operations, due diligence, lease administration, transitions, or property management and understands the details behind leases, rent rolls, resident files, and property-level data.\nWhat You’ll Do\nHelp onboard customers and guide them through their first audits\nReview lease audits, rent rolls, and property data to ensure customers are getting useful, actionable results\nServe as a day-to-day resource for customers using Rely\nHelp customers understand discrepancies, findings, and opportunities identified by the platform\nWork closely with our product team to translate customer feedback into product improvements\nSupport acquisition diligence, internal audits, transitions, and other multifamily workflows\nHelp develop best practices as we scale customer success across the industry\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5 years of multifamily experience\nDirect experience reviewing leases, rent rolls, resident files, or lease audits\nStrong understanding of how multifamily properties operate\nExperience with systems like Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar PMS platforms\nExtremely detail-oriented and comfortable working with large amounts of property-level data\nStrong communicator who can work directly with property teams, operators, and executives\nComfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where the role will evolve quickly\nGreat Backgrounds for This Role: Auditor, due diligence analyst, transitions specialist, property accountant, operations analyst, property management associate, or someone who has worked directly on multifamily acquisitions and
