# Manufacturing Engineer

SUMMARY The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving manufacturing processes and equipment across assigned manufacturing operations. The primary focus of this position is assembly and manufacturing processes for a variety of HVAC and related products, including electrical control panels, valves, electronic controllers, humidification products, inverters, and other industrial products. This position works closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Production personnel to improve safety, quality, productivity, capacity, delivery, and cost.The Process Engineer will be highly hands-on and spend significant time on the manufacturing floor developing and troubleshooting processes, supporting production, implementing improvements, and ensuring processes are capable, efficient, and repeatable.
