This job proactively addresses undefined problems, makes recommendations that influence functional strategy, and synthesizes input across multiple stakeholder groups.\n\nHow will you make an impact & Requirements\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design and delivery of enterprise data platform initiatives, setting architectural direction and owning technical quality from design through production.\nDefine engineering standards, data modeling practices, and platform governance frameworks for data engineering.\nServe as the primary technical authority for data platform design decisions, advising IT leadership and data architects.\nDrive data platform modernization and cloud adoption efforts, developing strategic recommendations for senior leadership.\nOwn vendor and tool relationships for core data engineering platforms, managing roadmap alignment and escalations.\nIdentify data architecture gaps, technical debt, and improvement opportunities, developing actionable recommendations.\nMentor senior data engineers and build technical capability across the data engineering team.\n\nCompensation Range:\n$113,346.00to\n$178,968.00The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
