This includes proactive risk management, HIPAA and PHI compliance, effective knowledge transfer and training, validated business continuity plans, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.\nWhat you will do:\nClient Onboarding & Program Transition\nLead end-to-end implementation and transition projects for U.S. healthcare clients.\nConduct discovery sessions to define scope, objectives, success criteria, governance, timelines, and project dependencies.\nDevelop and manage project plans, transition roadmaps, resource plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive updates.\nDrive project execution to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCoordinate operational and technology workstreams under a unified project governance framework.\nPartner with Operations, IT, Security, Telecommunications, Training, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, HR, Finance, and client stakeholders.\nFacilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, risk assessments, and executive presentations.\nRisk, Compliance & Readiness Management\nIdentify, document, mitigate, and escalate implementation risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\nEnsure compliance with HIPAA requirements, PHI protection standards, client controls, and internal policies.\nOversee business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and operational readiness activities.\nGovern knowledge transfer, training, validation, and go-live readiness programs.\nContinuous Improvement\nSupport solution design, client due diligence activities, and implementation planning during pre-sales engagements.\nDrive lessons learned initiatives and improve transition methodologies, tools, governance processes, and implementation standards.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of project management experience in a BPO or shared services environment.\nAt least 2 years of experience supporting client onboarding, implementation, or process transition initiatives.\nExperience managing cross-functional projects involving both operational and technology workstreams.\nStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, negotiation, and executive communication skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.\nDemonstrated ability to lead change, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nWilling to work night shift and report to our Makati Office\nWhy Join Carenet Health?\nLead strategic healthcare implementation programs with leading U.S. healthcare clients.\nWork with cross-functional business and technology leaders.\nDrive meaningful outcomes that improve healthcare experiences for patients and members.\nBe part of a growing organization focused on innovation, operational excellence, and client success.\nEnjoy a collaborative hybrid work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.\nReady to lead transformational healthcare implementations?
