In addition, you will leverage Microsoft Copilot and other automation tools and data analysis to provide and prepare presentations, modernize reporting processes, and eliminate manual work.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAs a Senior Technology Operations Analyst, you will:\nDeliver financial data analysis and budget visibility for Technology leadership\nDevelop advanced Excel models, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools\nAnalyze budgets, forecasts, spending, commitments, and variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities\nMonitor technology vendor expenses, software subscriptions, purchase orders, renewals, and invoices\nCreate executive-ready presentations and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights\nInvestigate discrepancies, reporting gaps, and unusual financial results\nImplement AI-enabled automation and process improvements that improve efficiency and reporting accuracy\nEstablish scalable reporting templates, workflows, and documentation\nTrack action items, deadlines, and operational priorities through completion\nCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology teams to maintain accurate and reliable information\nProactively identify emerging risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics Computer Science, or Business Administration \n3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, FP&A knowledge, Business Operations, Technology Operations, Contact Center Analytics or KPI Reporting \nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills;
