The role utilizes low-code and platform-native development tools (such as Databricks Apps, Microsoft Power Apps/Copilot Studio, UIPath, etc.) to help operationalize AI capabilities, including generative AI and natural language processing solutions. Working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, this role contributes to the delivery of scalable and user-friendly AI-enabled applications.\nEssential Functions:\nConfigure, test, and deploy AI-enablement applications using low-code/no-code platforms.\nDevelop and maintain web-based application components and user interfaces using modern front-end and back-end development frameworks.\nDevelop user interfaces that expose AI capabilities, including generative and NLP-based intelligence, to business and operational teams.\nSupport integration of AI model outputs into business workflows and existing operational platforms.\nCollaborate with data engineers and data scientists to support the deployment of AI solutions from analytical environments into production.\nDevelop Python and SQL logic to support automation, orchestration, and system integration where low-code tools are insufficient.\nConduct application performance testing and troubleshooting efforts to enhance reliability.\nEnsure application solutions meet usability, accessibility, compliance, and performance standards.\nDevelop within Agile and iterative methodologies with rapid prototyping and feedback incorporation.\nSupport deployment activities and incident management as needed.\nPartner with IT, analytics, and business teams to support successful application deployment and adoption.\nParticipate in application design discussions and provide recommendations related to functionality, usability, and workflow integration.\nPerform any other job related duties as requested.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required \nEquivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education\nThree (3) years application development experience using OOP concepts or platform-based development required \nOne (1) year experience developing applications using modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks preferred \n Healthcare industry experience preferred \n Experience building solutions in multi-tier or service-based architectures preferred \nCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:\nProficiency in Python and SQL to support application development, AI integration, and automation efforts; ability to extend low-code solutions with code when needed\nProficiency with low-code/no-code platforms, such as Databricks Apps, Microsoft Power Apps/Copilot Studio or similar low-code technologies\nAbility to develop web applications using React, Node.js, or equivalent front-end and back-end technologies\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web application development frameworks\nWorking knowledge of Python UI frameworks, such as Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, or Django\nUnderstanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI (LLM-based) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)\nKnowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards\nFamiliarity with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management\nFamiliarity with troubleshooting and resolving application issues\nProficiency in Agile, iterative, and/or test-driven development environments\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities\nSelf-directed, innovative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving AI technologies\nLicensure and Certification:\n None \nWorking Conditions:\nGeneral office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time\nUp to 15% (occasional) travel to attend meetings, trainings, and conferences may be required\nCompensation Range:\n$83,000.00 - $132,800.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
