The position represents the facility by providing information, directing inquiries, channeling concerns and overall management of all incoming communication. The aim is to meet the needs of every person or call coming into the facility\nMastery of the Facility Phone System including answering phone system and direct calls to the proper supervisor or department, take messages, and screen employ calls.\nGreet visitors, sales people, families and prospective residents and families.
