closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and customer stakeholders, the Senior Technical Implementation Manager ensures successful implementation outcomes by driving leadership—not software development or product ownership—and requires the ability to independently facilitate complex customer implementations with minimal leadership involvement.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Implementation Leadership\nLead customer implementations from contract execution through production launch.\n\nServe as the primary implementation contact for assigned customers.\n\nCoordinate onboarding, implementation planning, testing, launch readiness, and go-live activities.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with customer and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.\n\nPlanning & Delivery Coordination\nDevelop and maintain implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and action items.\n\nCoordinate implementation activities across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.\n\nMaintain implementation visibility through accurate status reporting and project artifacts.\n\nEnsure implementation commitments align with Statements of Work (SOWs) and agreed customer expectations.\n\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nFacilitate implementation meetings with customer technical and operational teams.\n\nCommunicate implementation status, risks, timelines, and dependencies clearly and professionally.\n\nValidate technical implementation information with Engineering and Architecture before communicating externally.\n\nMaintain strong cross-functional alignment throughout implementation.\n\nRisk & Implementation Management\nIdentify implementation risks, dependencies, assumptions, and blockers early.\n\nEscalate issues appropriately and facilitate timely resolution.\n\nDrive implementation readiness while maintaining customer confidence and delivery visibility.\n\nCoordinate successful transition from implementation into ongoing operational support.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nImprove implementation templates, standards, and best practices.\n\nCapture lessons learned and recommend process improvements.\n\nContribute to the continued maturity of CareTria's implementation methodology.\n\nMentor future implementation team members as the organization grows.\n\nThe above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE\n7+ years of implementation management, software delivery, technical project leadership, or customer onboarding experience.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading enterprise software implementations.\n\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and customer organizations.\n\nStrong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and delivery methodologies.\n\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nHealthcare technology or healthcare operations experience.\n\nExperience with software integrations, APIs, interoperability, or healthcare data exchange.\n\nExperience working within Agile software development environments.\n\nPMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.\n\nExperience developing implementation processes, templates, or governance practices.\n\nExperience mentoring implementation or delivery professionals.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS The actual compensation for the position may vary based on market differences and on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and can vary based on location and/or work schedule.
