We are building a network of the top hospitals, doctors and staff.\nThe Position\nThe Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Payroll, and Executive Leadership, providing analytical support across a large multi-site veterinary hospital organization. This role is responsible for transforming complex financial, labor, operational, and clinical data into actionable insights that drive performance improvement, operational excellence, and informed decision-making across a network of hospitals. The position combines expertise in financial analysis, labor analytics, business intelligence, and data management to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and enterprise reporting.\nThis individual will leverage data platforms including Redshift, Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI to design scalable reporting solutions, develop key performance indicators, automate analytics processes, and provide visibility into financial and operational performance across multiple hospital locations.\nThe ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, and passionate about uncovering the story behind the data. They thrive in fast-paced environments, proactively investigate business challenges, and leverage technology, data, and financial insights to influence decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into operational, financial, and workforce performance.\nDesign and write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases.\nUtilize Snowflake and Redshift data warehouse environments to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data governance initiatives.\nDefine, develop, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure labor productivity, financial performance, operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and strategic initiatives.\nPartner with stakeholders to establish reporting standards, data definitions, and performance measurement frameworks.\nIdentify trends, anomalies, and business drivers through advanced quantitative analysis and data visualization.\nServe as a strategic analytical partner supporting a network of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.\nCollaborate with operational leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities across multiple locations.\nTranslate analytical findings into clear recommendations and executive-ready presentations.\nIdentify opportunities for process automation, reporting enhancements, and data-driven operational improvements.\nKey Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, healthcare analytics, financial analysis or a related analytical role.\nProficiency in SQL with experience querying large datasets.\nHands-on experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or similar data warehouse platforms.\nAdvanced experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI.\nStrong financial acumen with experience analyzing budgets, forecasts, and operational performance metrics.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.\nExperience supporting multi-site healthcare, hospital, or clinical operations preferred.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking
