The role is\nresponsible for Veterans Affairs Canada reporting, program performance monitoring, and supporting evidence-based mental health service delivery.\nProgram Summary:\nThe Carewest OSI Clinic provides specialized mental health assessment and treatment services for current and former Canadian Armed Forces members and RCMP personnel experiencing Operational Stress Injuries.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist with research, program evaluation, quality improvement and outcome measurement initiatives.\nConduct literature reviews and summarize findings.\nSupport ethics submissions, research documentation, grant applications and manuscripts.\nAnalyze clinical, operational and research data and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations.\nMaintain databases and perform data extraction, validation, cleaning, analysis, and quality assurance activities.\nCoordinate and complete required Carewest OSI Clinic reporting to Veterans Affairs Canada, including wait times, waitlists, service utilization, outcomes and accountability metrics.\nEnsure VAC reports are accurate and submitted within established timelines.\nProvide regular and ad hoc reports to the Program Manager.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.\nQualifications & Experience:\nUndergraduate degree in a relevant discipline with two years of related experience, or a Master's degree in a related field.\nExperience in research, program evaluation, data analysis, quality improvement, psychometrics, healthcare operations, or related environments.\nKnowledge of research methodologies and program evaluation.\nProficiency with REDCap, Excel and statistical/analytics software such as SPSS, R, SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication and report-writing skills.\nKnowledge of privacy, ethics and data governance requirements.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently and
