This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, manufacturing, and supplier management. In this role, you will apply your supply chain expertise to identify process gaps, drive operational readiness, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working and partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure new processes and system capabilities are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements. You will be critical to drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and collaborate effectively with all levels within the designated organization and enterprise and supporting functions.\nKey Accountabilities\nLead the implementation of system and process deployments to enable business capabilities.\nGather and document business requirements, validate system configurations and ensure processes meet the business needs.\nPartner with technical teams to ensure the design, build and delivery of all in scope business processes to enable business capabilities.\nSupport the execution of the change plan and promote process change in the organization with collaboration from the change, communication and education team.\nProvide regular progress measures to identify variances from the plan and take corrective actions as needed for timely implementation.\nDefine deployment objectives and scope utilizing knowledge of project management practices and procedures.\nLead efforts in collaboration with the process implementation lead to deliver desired business results.\nIndependently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum of ten years of complex business segments or multiple locations with extensive product deliverable requirements\nExperience leading and managing projects with change management
