Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe AI Engineering Supervisor will supervise and oversee the execution of overall governance on standards, application, gaps, solutions and measurements to increase production quality, efficiency and volume for the business. In this role, you will supervise a team that execute activities related to automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering to enable strategic growth projects and improve our capabilities by providing engineering leadership for the organization.\nKey Accountabilities\nCollaborate with leadership to execute compliance of automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering standards, policies, procedures and job aids with regulatory standards and alignment with global, regional and industry standards.\nRun capital projects on replacement and upgrade in this technical field.\nMonitor and execute accountability measures and reporting mechanisms to monitor the performance and corporate benchmark metrics and measurement to champion effective utilization and integrity of automated tools and systems.\nImplement the tactical development and delivery oversight of vision, direction and strategy for automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering.\nSupervise and promote automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering programs and policies globally and regionally.\nOversee advanced support for automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering deliverables in capital projects.\nLead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. \nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum of ten years of related work experience\nGood knowledge of Dutch and English\nOther minimum qualifications may apply\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAbility to translate highly technical information across all levels of technical knowledge\nTechnical gap assessment and solution identification\nPreference for a professional who has developed within the technical field with practical experience and enjoys working within teams and with people\nFive to six years of supervisory experience\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
