We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe AgResource Territory Manager will strive to maximize sales and market share of Crop Protection Products and Seed through Independent Dealer Customers. We seek a results-oriented professional who will provide sales support, and business solutions to achieve the assigned goals within the South East Saskatchewan territory.\nKey Accountabilities\nMonitor and measure the monthly performance of the objectives versus budget and implement actions to reach them.\nImprove the customer performance by providing in depth coaching and training.\nCollaborate with market development on activities including development and delivery of sales offers and presentations to channel partners and customers.\nRecognize and calculate return on investment and pursue new market segment and business development opportunities for customers.\nBuild profitability through the execution of business plans within territory, prospecting, implementation of campaigns according to seasonality, service and product portfolio.\nIndependently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nDiploma/Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum of four years of related work experience\nPossess a valid, full Canadian Driver’s Licence in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment\nAbility to work outside of business hours seasonally\nMust be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada\nPreferred Qualifications\nUniversity degree in Agriculture or Commerce\nRelevant knowledge working with seed varieties, pesticides\nAn active knowledge and use of formal professional selling skills\nAdvanced computer skills with Microsoft applications\nAbility to manage interpersonal relationships\nGood communication skills, both oral and written\nAble and willing to make decisions independently\n#LI-AB4\nAt Cargill, we are committed to building a workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel respected, valued, and able to contribute fully.
