The role supports the preparation of financial information used for internal and external reporting, enabling effective business decision-making while maintaining compliance with accounting policies, financial controls, statutory requirements, and reporting standards.\nUnder close supervision, this role collaborates with business teams, finance stakeholders, and shared service partners to execute standard RTR processes, maintain data integrity, support compliance and audit activities, and continuously improve operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness.\nKey Accountabilities\n1. Record to Report Activities\nPerforms routine accounting activities, including processing journal entries and intercompany transactions, completing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, performing balance sheet reconciliations and reporting activities, tax accounting support, cost and profit center allocations.\n2. Close Management and Reconciliation\nSupports monthly and annual financial close processes by monitoring close schedules, preparing reconciliations, investigating account variances, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely completion of reporting deliverables in accordance with established timelines.\n3. Policy Compliance and Consistency\nMaintains standard operating procedures and processes and helps monitor compliance with financial transaction recording standards, company accounting policies, statutory regulations, internal controls, and tax requirements to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.\n4. Business Partnership\nSupports positive relationships with internal customers, business partners, and finance stakeholders by responding to inquiries, providing financial information, and delivering accurate and timely accounting and reporting services.\n5. Process Improvement and Operational Excellence\nApplies knowledge of accounting processes, internal controls, and operational practices to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
