Job Purpose and Impact The Software Engineering - Formulation role provides hands-on engineering and application ownership for business-critical formulation and product-labeling applications used in animal nutrition. The role configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and improves commercial formulation software and its integrations with enterprise resource planning, manufacturing, and data platforms. It supports reliable application operation and global project delivery, including ERP implementations, formulation-system modernization, cloud migration, and integration with nutritional labeling tools. The role works with business users, solution architects, vendors, and technical support teams to deliver secure, maintainable solutions.
