In this role, you will provide guidance and direction to frontline sales workforce professionals, supervisors and all sales operations activities for a portfolio of products or services within a broader geographic area.\nKey Accountabilities\n Design, develop and implement sales programs to meet business objectives. \n Plan, direct and coordinate sales to accomplish objectives. \n Educate customers about our new products or services, prices and innovations. \n Promote and nurture relationships with current and potential customers. \n Help less experienced sales representatives solve complex problems. \n Other duties as assigned \n Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team. \n Qualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum requirement of 8 years relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to drive volume growth, profitability, and market share.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nOne year of supervisory experience\nExperience in Specialty Fats, Bakery Fats, or HORECA sales.\n\nStrong distributor, dealer, and key account management capabilities\n\nExposure to the Karnataka market with an established customer and channel network.\n\nDisclaimer\nProtect yourself against recruitment fraud.
