You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team. \n Qualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum bachelor's degree in related discipline.\n\nMinimum six years of directly related work experience\nOther minimum qualifications may apply\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.\n\nThree years of supervisory experience\nProven experience in General Trade (GT) sales and distributor management.\n\nPrior experience in Edible Oils, Foods, Staples, Spices, Dairy, Beverages, or FMCG categories preferred.\n\nProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.\n\nExperience using SFA/DMS platforms.\n\nAbility to drive execution in highly competitive markets.\n\nDisclaimer\nProtect yourself against recruitment fraud.
