Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Associate Environmental Health and Safety Specialist will implement environmental health and safety management programs. In this role, you will follow established corporate and local regulatory requirements to ensure successful implementation of health and safety programs.\nKey Accountabilities\nAssess environmental health and safety risks, opportunities and impacts, standards and regulations and advise on potential impacts to internal and external stakeholders.\nImplement programs and processes in alignment with the environmental health and safety regulatory of government, International Standard Organization (ISO) management system and corporate guidelines.\nDeliver environmental health and safety activities, including emergency response plan, incident and accident management, training implementation and evacuation drill.\nHandle environmental health and safety related records and reporting.\nParticipate and support regular environmental health and safety audits and certification program in compliance with established standards.\nHandle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum of 3-5 years of working experience directly related to Environment Health and Safety\nPossess a valid Green Book registration from the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to health and safety (e.g., HIRARC)\nWork experience in the edible oil or food manufacturing industry is highly preferred\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incident investigations\nKnowledge or experience in process safety management is a strong advantage\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
