This role offers exposure to customer service, supply chain operations, continuous improvement, and business analytics while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and team effectiveness.\nThe successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, maintain documentation, and support day-to-day operational activities.\nYour Work:\nAssist in maintaining and optimizing operational and customer service reports.\nAnalyze data and identify trends related to customer orders, inventory, shipments, and service performance.\nSupport the creation of dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance.\nPrepare recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.\nPartner with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by gathering data, mapping processes, and tracking action items.\nParticipate in business improvement projects and special initiatives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables.\nPresent findings, recommendations, or project outcomes to stakeholders as appropriate.\nComplete other responsibilities as assigned\nOur Programming:\nWith comprehensive learning resources at your disposal, you can take your learning in any direction. \nAs employees, interns receive access to volunteer and community outreach opportunities and paid time off for volunteer activities. \nThroughout the internship, interns and co-ops are invited to participate in events that will give exposure to leadership, provide development opportunities, and offer the ability to network with cross-functional interns/co-ops across Canada. \nInternship Details:\nInterns are paid hourly for time worked. \nInterns are responsible for transportation to and from work. \nInterns who demonstrate outstanding performance and a curiosity to learn more may be offered an internship, co-op or full-time position to return the following year. \nOur Benefits:\nNo matter who you are or where you are, we have resources to meet your needs.
