In this role, you will execute complex procurement tasks to provide inputs to the global category team.\nKey Accountabilities\nExecute medium and highly complex sourcing events.\nDrive the implementation of regional sourcing decisions and provide support with the implementation of global sourcing decisions.\nParticipate in local/oversea supplier selection and negotiations, may lead more complex selection and negotiation.\nChampion deployment of Category strategies in capex projects and involve Category buying teams appropriately.\nBuild and apply a comprehensive understanding of local, stakeholder, and procurement landscape.\nUnderstand business requirements for more complex categories, sub categories aligned with local/oversea sourcing requirements.\nSupport the routine CSSP activities within local/oversea sourcing.\nConduct more complex research and analysis using a general understanding of data management and analytics and sourcing.\nIndependently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\nProvide inputs to the global category team for category strategy development and execution.\nProvide comprehensive understanding of regional stakeholder and procurement landscape.\nMonitor continuous regional supplier and stakeholder relationships.\nFollow established procedures to select suppliers for procurement of noncontracted materials, goods, services and supplies.\nIndependently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nGraduated Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience (+4 years)\nMinimum 2 years professional experience in Purchasing and Sourcing.\nProficiency in computer skills including Windows (Excel , Outlook ,Powerpoint)\nMust be detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills to work in a fast paced environment.\nEffective inter-personal skills in deailing with all levels and departments within the company\nOther minimum qualifications may apply\nPRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES\nPurchasing Experience in Processing Plant or Agriculture.\nExperience with SAP, or ERP Systems be advantage.\nUnderstanding of procurement requirements and standards\nGood English communication skills\nE-Auction experience be advantage.\nBuild and apply a comprehensive understanding of local, stakeholder, and procurement landscape.\nAdminister transactions associated with obtaining goods and
