Extended hours during busy seasons including some weekends\nJob Overview\nThe Crop Inputs Operator supports day-to-day operations at our crop input and grain handling facility by assisting with receiving, shipping, material movement, and general site activities. In this role, you will perform physical production and warehouse tasks, operate basic equipment, and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. You will work both indoors and outdoors while supporting team members and delivering strong service to our producer customers.\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform facility operations such as receiving, loading, unloading, and shipping fertilizer, grain, seed, and other crop input products.\nConvey materials within production and warehouse areas using manual or powered material-handling equipment.\nLift and stack materials, products, tools, or equipment to support smooth operational flow.\nProvide excellent customer service while supporting farmers, drivers, and internal team members.\nFollow all safety rules, food safety requirements, and facility procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.\nAssist with additional production or warehouse duties as assigned by facility leadership.\nAbility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be legally entitled to work in Canada.\nMust be 18 years or older.\nAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).\nHold a valid Canadian full Class 5 driver’s licence in good standing.\nAbility to work indoors and outdoors in cold or warm production settings, including in guarded areas at heights ranging from 4 to 150 feet, while wearing required PPE and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nBasic computer skills.\nAbility to operate mobile equipment (forklift, skid steer).\n.\nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
