Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Customer Experience Specialist will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns, including resolving order or delivery issues. You will be serving clients in the French market, which requires good knowledge of this language.\nThe position is based at our Cargill office in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona (Spain).\nWe offer a hybrid work model, with 70% in the office and 30% working remotely.\nKey Accountabilities\nMaintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.\nInform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale.\nProactively connect with customers to build intimacy, understand their needs, solve issues and enhance customer experience.\nCollaborate across teams to ensure service delivery.\nOwn customer complaints, coordinate the investigation and improvement actions with relevant teams and inform the customer about the outcome.\nProvide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.\nHandle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in in a large-scale international company, supply chain, transport company etc.\nFluency in English, Spanish, and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nA customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
