We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nWe are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Team Lead to lead our team and support the transformation of our customer service and logistics organization.\nThe role combines people leadership with responsibility for customer service execution, transportation and storage sourcing, contract compliance and coordination with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will play an important role in modernizing and digitalizing our ways of working, while driving continuous improvement, simplification and cost optimization.\nKey Accountabilities\nLead, motivate and develop the Customer Service & Logistics team.\nSet priorities, allocate workload and monitor team performance.\nEnsure effective execution of customer contracts, orders and logistics activities.\nLead transportation and storage sourcing, including tenders, negotiations and supplier management.\nIdentify and deliver cost-reduction opportunities across transportation, storage and logistics activities.\nManage logistics contracts, supplier performance, claims and operational issues.\nLead continuous-improvement initiatives focused on simplifying processes, eliminating inefficiencies and reducing costs.\nDrive the transformation, modernization and digitalization of processes and ways of working.\nChallenge existing practices and identify opportunities to standardize, automate and improve operational efficiency.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, suppliers, Supply Chain, Finance and other stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls and support audit activities.\nMinimum Qualifications\nCustomer Service leadership experience\nMinimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading or coordinating a team, preferably in customer service, logistics or supply chain.\nExperience in transportation and/or storage sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.\nStrong people-leadership, coaching and communication skills.\nCustomer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.\nStrong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.\nProven ability to lead change and engage people in transformation initiatives.\nStrong commercial mindset, with a proven focus on cost reduction and value creation.\nA passion for continuous improvement, simplification, standardization and digitalization.\nAbility to challenge the status quo and translate ideas into practical improvements.\nAbility to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.\nExperience with SAP or similar systems is preferred.\nFluency in French and good command of English.\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
