We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Customer Service Representative will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a group of agricultural business locations. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns, including processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.\nKey Accountabilities\nProcessing and supporting the full cycle of grain and crop input transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\nCoordinating logistics and delivery schedules for products.\nManaging contracts, invoicing, settlements, and payments.\nResponding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive communication.\nMaintaining systems and databases related to shipments, inventory, and customer accounts.\nExecuting customer service strategies and supporting improvement projects.\nEscalating complex issues to appropriate staff when necessary.\nOther administrative duties as assigned.\nPosition Information\nRelocation assistance will not be provided for this position.\nQualifications\nMinimum Required\nDiploma/Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (agriculture or business) or equivalent experience.\nStrong customer service skills with ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.\nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nAbility to work extended or flexible hours as required.\nAbility to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time, including repetitive keyboard activity.\nMust be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.\nPreferred\nAgricultural background and understanding of industry practices.\nExperience or knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI.\nTwo years of experience in a business setting (other combinations of education and experience considered).\nAt Cargill, we are committed to building a workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel respected, valued, and able to contribute fully.
