Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Electrical Engineering Senior Supervisor will supervise and execute overall governance on standards, application, gaps, solutions and measurements to increase production quality, efficiency and volume for the business. In this role, you will supervise a team that executes activities related to electrical engineering to enable strategic growth projects and improve our capabilities by providing engineering leadership for the organization.\nKey Accountabilities\nCollaborate with leadership to execute compliance of electrical engineering standards, policies, procedures and job aids with regulatory standards and align to global, regional and industry standards.\nMonitor and execute accountability measures and reporting mechanisms to monitor the performance against corporate benchmark metrics and measurements and foster effective utilization and integrity of automated tools and systems.\nImplement the tactical development and delivery oversight of vision, direction and strategy for electrical engineering.\nSupervise and promote electrical engineering programs and policies globally and regionally.\nConsolidate overall analysis and propose recommendations in areas of improvement and implement solutions to improve performance and determine acceptable risk tolerance.\nOversee advanced support for electrical engineering deliverables in capital projects.\nLead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum of five years of related work experience\nOther minimum qualifications may apply\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nLicensed Journeyman Electrician, Certified Electrician\nSAP Knowledge\nTechnical gap assessment and solution identification\nAbility to translate highly technical information across all levels of technical knowledge\nTwo years of supervisory experience\nPosition Information\nLocation: Fort Dodge, Kansas\nRelocation assistance is provided for this role\nWork Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet\nAt Cargill, we care about your safety and want your job search experience to be a positive one.
