Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nLOCATION: Wolverhampton (UK) WV9 5EU\nThe Engineering Team Leader will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team of engineers and apprentices who execute variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.\nThe role involves working 12-hour shifts, 2 days and 2 nights, with 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off.\nWe offer a highly competitive salary plus comprehensive benefits package including contributory pension, private healthcare, performance related bonus and employee assistance programme.\nKey Accountabilities\nCoordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.\nImplement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.\nAssist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.\nPartner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.\nYou will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.\nTake an active role as required in small project coordination, including project scope, timetable of works, EH&S planning, budget allocation and control, and project implementation.\nProvide active hands-on support, as required, to direct and support engineers.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nEngineering qualifications (electrical bias) to degree HND or HNC level.\nDirectly related supervisory experience.\nPrevious experience in maintenance engineering.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nKnowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems.\nExperience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results.\nInterpersonal skills; ability to communicate coherently - both verbally and in writing.\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
