Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Fabrication Supervisor will provide strategic operational oversight for all production operating facilities with moderate presence and degree of complexity within the beef processing. In this role, you will oversee and hold our Dodge City location operating facility accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance within the loose beef department.\nKey Accountabilities\nExecute routine operations of assigned area, ensuring direct reports are following policies and procedures related to employee, food and feed safety, and environmental compliance.\nMonitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.\nPartner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timeline.\nAdminister production budget for a department, process, or shift and executes purchase orders and ensures timely payment of invoices.\nDevelop operational plans and monitors routine operations for all production processes witihin the department.\nDevelop, supervise, and provide coaching to direct reports including coaching company core values and guiding principles.\nResponsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum one year of directly related work experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nOne year of supervisory experience\nLean Six Sigma\nAdditional Details\nLocation: KS-Dodge City; Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.\nSchedule is Monday - Friday typically from 2:30pm to 2:30am.
