This position will be working close to the breeder manager, contract breeder producers, and company farms to arrive at solutions and make decisions that will positively impact their area of responsibility and the profitability of the business.\nKey Accountabilities\n Working with contract growers ensuring compliance of policies, laws and best management practices (including brooding). \n Maintaining accurate records of billing, mortality, settlements, etc., in the system designated. \n Pulling fat and blood samples for flock processing. \n Communicating and working with the grow-out manager and veterinarian staff. \n Working with support departments to ensure and deliver compliance changes as necessary. \n Other duties as assigned \n Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports.
