In this role you will support efficient and safe operations.\nJob Type: Full Time\nShift Available: 3rd shift\nPay range: $21.07/hr - $24/hr\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nHealth and Wellness Incentives\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill matching contributions\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)\nShort-Term Disability and Life Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nTuition Reimbursement\nEmployee Discounts\nPrincipal Accountabilities:\nOperating Propane Powered Forklift for loading and unloading trailers\nKnowlege of staging products inside the warehouse and yard\nPut inventory away in correct locations\nWorking knowledge of how to use a computer\nOperate pallet inverter to rework damaged pallets of product\nGeneral housekeeping tasks - sweeping, scraping, shoveling, wiping, etc.\nUnderstanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations\nMaintaining a safe and clean work environment\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship\nMust be 18 years or older\nAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation\nAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\nAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice \nAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)\nForklift experience and/or similar equipment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in production-related work.\nBasic computer skills\nHigh School Diploma/ GED or a minimum of two years relevant work experience\nConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
