You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring products are handled correctly while meeting safety and quality standards.\nWhat You Will Do\nOperate powered industrial trucks (PIT) to move materials, pallets, and products within production and warehouse areas.\nLoad and unload trucks, storage areas, and production lines safely and efficiently.\nUse scanning tools and computer systems to complete basic records.\nInspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns\nPerform job duties in a fast paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nWork overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.\nFollow all safety, food safety, and regulatory policies.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. \nMust be 18 years or older.\nAbility to operate a forklift or obtain and maintain certification.\nAbility to perform basic math.\nBasic computer skills for data entry and reporting.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nPrevious forklift or powered industrial truck experience.\nPrevious experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.\nFamiliarity with scanning systems or inventory tracking tools.\nWork history in the last 12 months.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDevelopment Opportunities\nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
