You will work with experienced team members to maintain, repair, and improve equipment while following safety and quality standards. This role is a great opportunity to build your electrical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform preventive, predictive, and basic corrective electrical maintenance on production and facility equipment. \nTroubleshoot basic electrical issues and support repairs on motors, controls, and low voltage systems. \nAssist with installation, testing, and startup of electrical components and equipment. \nRead and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and operating manuals. \nDocument completed work and equipment conditions using maintenance systems. \nSupport continuous improvement by identifying equipment or process issues. \nPerform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation. \nWork overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested. \nFollow all safety, food safety, and regulatory policies. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. \nMust be 18 years or older. \nAbility to read and understand basic electrical schematics and technical instructions. \nBasic troubleshooting skills with electrical systems and equipment. \nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nPrevious experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. \nBasic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), instrumentation, or automated systems. \nExperience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or SAP. \nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and industrial process drawings. \nExperience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or other mobile equipment. \nWork history in the last 12 months.\nBenefits\nBenefits Are Based on Our Collective Bargaining Agreement \nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance \nPaid Vacation and Holidays \n401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions \nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) \nDevelopment Opportunities \nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
