In this role, you will help sell a variety of complex company products, services and solutions across multiple lines of business for an assigned group of existing clients and participate in building sales plans and diversification strategies to protect and grow the relationship with a defined group of existing customers.\nKey Accountabilities\nDevelop and execute strategic account plans to deliver sustainable growth in revenue, margin, and market share across assigned customers.\nBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership functions within customer organizations.\nIdentify and convert growth opportunities by leveraging Cargill's Food Solutions portfolio, including cocoa & chocolate, starches sweeteners texturizers, fats and oils, and ingredient/functional systems.\nDrive value-based selling and commercial excellence through pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and profitability management.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product Line Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance to deliver superior customer solutions.\nOwn sales forecasting, business planning, and pipeline management processes to ensure achievement of annual operating plan targets.\nLead commercial negotiations and business reviews to strengthen long-term strategic partnerships and improve customer loyalty.\nManage business risks related to supply continuity, market volatility, raw material dynamics, and competitive activity.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 6-8 years of commercial experience within strategic key account management or B2B food solutions.\nExperience working with food manufacturers across categories such as: Dairy, Bakery, Confectionery, Chocolate, Culinary, Snacks, Beverage\nStrong knowledge of ingredient functionality, food manufacturing processes, and customer value chains.\nDemonstrated success in commercial negotiations, contract management, and margin optimization.\nExperience influencing multiple stakeholders and managing complex customer organizations.\nExcellent command of Turkish and English languages.\nNo travelling restrictions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in cocoa & chocolate, fats & oils, starches, sweeteners, hydrocolloids, texturizers, or ingredient systems.\nExperience working with multinational food manufacturers or regional food leaders.\nAct as a strategic business partner rather than a transactional supplier.\nTranslate consumer and market trends into customer growth opportunities.\nDrive profitable growth through value selling and innovation.\nNavigate complex customer organizations with executive presence and influence.\nBuild long-term partnerships while consistently delivering commercial results.\nThrive in a matrix organization and collaborate effectively across functions, businesses, and geographies.\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
