Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Admin Inbound Team supports the daily operational and administrative activities within the Inbound Team. The role provides broad exposure to the various disciplines within the inbound organization, including the Products Desk, Beans Desk, and Warehousing. By developing operational knowledge, system expertise, and stakeholder management skills, this position serves as a development pathway toward a Professional role within one of these functional areas.\nKey Accountabilities\nProducts Desk Support\nSupport the administrative processing of product-related transactions.\nProcess, verify, and follow up on operational data and documentation.\nAssist with reporting and analysis.\nIdentify discrepancies and follow up on outstanding actions.\nBeans Desk Support\nSupport the administrative handling of inbound bean flows.\nProcess and verify inventory and transaction data.\nAssist with reconciliations and data validation activities.\nFollow up on inquiries from internal stakeholders and external parties.\nWarehousing Support\nSupport the processing of warehouse reports.\nVerify inventory movements and administrative accuracy.\nAssist with inventory checks and corrections.\nSupport communication with warehouse keepers and logistics partners.\nProcess Support\nEnsure accurate, timely, and complete processing of administrative activities.\nActively contributes to improving data quality and process accuracy.\nSupport operational analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.\nIdentify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities within supply chain processes.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\n\nGood command of the English language, both written and spoken\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBO+/bachelor’s level working and thinking ability.\nAffinity with supply chain, logistics, and administrative processes.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAnalytical mindset and ability to process and interpret data.\nStrong communication skills.\nProactive attitude and willingness to learn.\nGood proficiency in Excel and operational systems.\nFluency in the local language would be a plus \nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
