We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nTheLogistics Engineering Process Efficiency Supervisor will improve the stability & capability of the Port & Logistics processes while reducing variability and mitigating risks in this area. In this role, you will enable the area to achieve cost and operating efficiency targets whilst modernizing, and protecting our people, communities, the environment and assets; and honoring our business obligations.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to further develop their engineering, continuous improvement and leadership capabilities within a complex manufacturing and logistics environment.\nThis position will also be managing a team of eight direct reports across two locations: Brocklebank and Seaforth.\nKey Accountabilities\nLead projects and develop initiatives to reduce costs and continuously improve processes in the warehouse and logistics area.\nEnsure an aligned continuous improvement process to effectively create, prioritize and handle a portfolio of projects and initiatives to maximize opportunity and value capture.\nLead and develop the implementation of smart manufacturing to enable the design, development, deployment and support of common digital tools, configurations and solutions on the operations shop floor.\nImplement, deploy and optimize methodologies to standardize processes and procedures.\nResponsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports managing Brocklebank & Seaforth logistics personnel.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.\nDirectly related work experience in continuous or process improvement.\nOther minimum qualifications may apply.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience delivering small scale projects and ability to manage small scale projects end to end, covering all phases of the project lifecycle, including experience gained through graduate schemes, internships, or industrial placements.\nManufacturing experience.\nDemonstrated capabilities in continuous improvement.\nStrong customer focus and ability to act as a key point of contact while building effective relationships with internal stakeholders.\nStrong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate responsibilities across Liverpool locations.\nRecent graduates and candidates who have completed a Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Graduate Programme are encouraged to apply.\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
