In this position, you’ll operate and monitor machinery that requires complex set up, perform adjustments, and help maintain a clean and efficient work environment while meeting safety and quality standards\nWhat You Will Do\nOperate production equipment by starting up, running, monitoring, and adjusting machines to maintain product quality while providing support to others\nSet up multiple machines and perform changeovers following established procedures\nComplete production, safety, and quality checks by tracking information manually or electronically\nConduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, escalating issues when needed\nPerform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation\nWork overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested\nFollow all food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWhat you will need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship \nMust be 18 years or older \nAbility to read, write, and follow instructions in English as required for safety and documentation\nBasic math and computer capability to complete production and quality checks\nAbility to work with heights and wear a safety harness\nAbility to operate a truck with a trailer, or minimum of one (1) year of experience in trailer moving, yard driving, or related driving experience (for only one of our roles this is a necessary requirement)\nWhat will put you ahead\nPrevious experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments\nPrevious experience operating production or warehouse machinery\nFamiliarity with preventative maintenance or machine troubleshooting\nWork history in the last 12 months \nBenefits Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill matching contributions\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDevelopment Opportunities\nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
