In this role, you’ll operate packaging and conveying equipment, monitor production, and support quality and safety standards across the plant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, using technology, and being part of a team that keeps production running smoothly.\nWhat You will Do:\nOperate production equipment including packing lines and powered mobile equipment.\nSet up monitor and adjust machines to ensure products meet quality and packaging specifications.\nPerform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues using hand and power tools.\nRecord production quality and downtime data manually and electronically including SAP entries.\nMove unload and store finished products using forklifts pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.\nFollow all food safety regulatory and safety procedures including lockout tagout and support housekeeping and quality checks.\nWilling to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or variable shifts with advance notice.\nPerform duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\nMust be 18 years or older.\nAbility to understand and communicate in English, verbal and written.\nAble to work indoors and outdoors, including at heights of 4 feet or more, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing,bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation and while using appropriate PPE.\n\nBasic computer skills.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nAt least one year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or plant environment.\nForklift operating experience.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience using inventory or warehouse management systems.\nLong Description\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDevelopment Opportunities\nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
