In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region.\nKey Accountabilities\nSupervise the execution of specific equipment maintenance strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.\nImplement and monitor methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.\nLead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.\nPartner with regional and global leadership to develop area leading practices.\nOversee the development of the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.\nLead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.\nOther duties as assigned\n#LI-SK7\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum of four years of related work experience\nOther minimum qualifications may apply\nPreferred Qualifications\nTwo years of supervisory experience\nExperience overseeing third party resources to deliver business results\nKnowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems\nExperienced in using SAP and various reliability software and tools\nPet food industry experience and/or extrusion experience\nProject Management experience\nPosting Details\nLocation: Owatonna, Minnesota\nThe business will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position\nMinnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.\nThe expected salary for this position is $100,000-$130,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
