In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems with regular guidance, support preventative maintenance efforts, and play an important part in keeping facility operating at its best. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technical work, and growing their electrical skills in a team environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform preventative predictive and reactive electrical maintenance in the facility following established procedures.\nInstall troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including low voltage automation motor controls and other industrial electrical components.\nRead and follow electrical schematics blueprints equipment manuals and work instructions.\nDocument completed work inspections and equipment conditions using maintenance computer software.\nOperate standard maintenance tools and mobile equipment such as forklifts scissor lifts or aerial lifts as needed.\nFollow all safety policies and procedures and help maintain a clean organized and safe work environment while supporting other maintenance tasks as assigned.\nWilling to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or variable shifts with advance notice.\nPerform duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\nMust be 18 years or older.\nAbility to understand and communicate in English, verbal and written.\nAble to work indoors and outdoors, including at heights of 4 feet or more, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation and while using appropriate PPE.\nMinimum one year of experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems (low, medium, or high voltage).\nImportant note: Eligible candidates must receive a passing score on a Ramsay standarized test.\nRoutine background check and Alcohol Tobacco and Firearm (ATF) \"Explosives Possessor\" background check: To ensure a safe working environment for all employees, we will conduct a criminal background check.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\nCertified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or interest in obtaining certification.\nTechnical diploma in industrial/equipment electrical maintenance or two years of related experience.\n• Experience working with high-voltage (\nPredictive or precision maintenance training or certifications.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDevelopment Opportunities\nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
