Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.\nKey Accountabilities\nCoordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.\nImplement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.\nAssist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.\nPartner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.\nDevelop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.\nYou will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.\nOther duties as assigned\nPosition Information\nRelocation assistance will not be provided for this position.\nQualifications\nMinimum Required\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum one year of directly related work experience\nPreferred\nKnowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems\nExperience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results\nSAP knowledge\nReliability experience\nOne year of supervisory experience\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet\nAt Cargill, we care about your safety and want your job search experience to be a positive one.
