In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.\nKey Accountabilities\nCoordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.\nImplement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.\nAssist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.\nPartner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.\nDevelop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.\nYou will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees. \nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum one year of directly related work experience\nOther minimum qualifications may apply\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems\nExperience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results\nOne year of supervisory experience\nSAP Knowledge\nCMMS Experience\nElectrical Experience\nPosition Information\nLocation: Vinton, Virginia\nRelocation assistance is provided for this role\nWork Schedule: M-F 6:30am-4pm\nThe expected salary for this position is $71,000-$130,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
