Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Maintenance Supervisor - Utilites will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.\nKey Accountabilities\nCoordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.\nImplement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.\nAssist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.\nPartner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.\nDevelop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.\nYou will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees. \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nLeads by example and models desired behaviors\nStrong proficiency with computer systems and tools\nOther duties as assigned#LI-SK7\n\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum five years of directly related work experience\nOther minimum qualifications may apply\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems\nExperience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results\nThree years of supervisory experience\nSAP experience\nCARO and/or CIRO refrigeration certifications\nKnowledge of Kronos or other time tracking software\nAt least 5 years of hands-on experience working with NH3 (ammonia) boiler systems\n\nAdditional Details\nThis position is posted both internally and externally.\nPosition is based in Fort Morgan, CO\nSchedule: Varies around 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM; weekends as needed for contractors work. Available 24/7 for plant emergencies when scheduled; overtime available. Schedules are subject to change\nThe expected salary for this position is $90,000 - $134,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.\nAt Cargill we put people first.
