This job also leads the implementation of best in class industry standards and suggests continuous improvement options for the development process.\nKey Accountabilities\nTechnical Guidance: Leads design and development of high-quality solutions through clean, maintainable code, prototypes, and capability building.\nProject Management: Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and resource alignment.\nQuality Assurance: Ensures application quality and performance via testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry standards.\nProcess Improvement: Drives continuous improvement initiatives and implements standards to enhance development and operational excellence.\nCollaboration: Partners with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver business-aligned outcomes.\nDocumentation: Leads creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical and deployment documentation.\nTechnical Support: Provides leadership in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to minimize downtime.\nTeam Management: Manages and develops team members through clear expectations, feedback, coaching, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong experience in software engineering, solution design, and delivering scalable, secure enterprise applications.\nSolid understanding of core engineering fundamentals (system design, APIs, integrations, testing, CI/CD, and operations).\nKnowledge of data architecture, data flows, and integration with analytical/operational data platforms.\nProven ability to lead technical decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (including code reviews and mentoring).\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in tech leadership roles (Tech Lead/Solution Architect) within complex enterprise environments and microservices-based architectures.\nExpertise in modern architectural patterns (DDD, event-driven systems) and building reusable, scalable platforms/services.Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and data product design.\nExposure to AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt design) with understanding of responsible AI practices and governance.\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps, SRE, observability, Agile delivery, and ability to coach teams and drive strong engineering culture.\nDisclaimer\nProtect yourself against recruitment fraud.
