We do the right thing-today and for generations to come.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Master Data Specialist will be responsible to execute on our master data setup and maintenance. We seek a skilled analyst who will partner with all business functions and Digital Technology and Data organization to lead and execute the business data requirements.\nThis is a temporary replacement role with an expected duration of 18 months. We offer a hybrid working model following the onboarding period.\nKey Accountabilities\nSupport data and process improvement efforts, including the identification, re-design, and implementation of opportunities identified utilizing data from audits and metrics.\nMonitor master data overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts.\nPartner with functional leaders to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures.\nHandle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Engineering) or equivalent experience.\nPractical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nVery good command of English.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nWork experience across multiple lines of business and/or within the information technology function.\nExperience with data processes for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.\nTwo years in a relevant business experience.#LI-BD2\n\nBenefits\nPrivate healthcare.\nMy Benefits platform.\nLunch card.\nLife insurance.\nOpportunity to join the Employee Pension Program (PPE).\nWorking in an international environment.\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
