In this hands-on role, you'll load and unload trucks and railcars, operate equipment, monitor inventory, and support efficient terminal operations. You'll help ensure products move safely and accurately while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.\nWhat You will Do\nLoad and unload bulk oil products from trucks, railcars, and storage systems using terminal and material-handling equipment.\nOperate pumps, conveyors, mobile equipment, and other processing systems to support product movement and storage.\nMonitor inventory levels of oils, raw materials, and supplies while maintaining accurate documentation and records.\nComplete inspections, blending documentation, and loading/offloading paperwork to support safe and compliant operations.\nPerform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment, escalating complex issues when needed.\nFollow all safety, food safety, environmental, and lockout/tagout procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.\nWilling to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating day/night shifts with advance notice.\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\nAt least 18 years old.\nAbility to understand and communicate in English, verbal and written.\nAble to work indoors and outdoors, including at heights of 4 feet or more, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation and while using appropriate PPE.\nBasic computer skills.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience working in a production environment.\nExperience operating forklifts, mobile equipment, or bulk material handling equipment.\nExperience with SAP, CMMS, or other inventory and maintenance management systems.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.\nBasic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.\nHigh school diploma/GED\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDevelopment Opportunities\nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
