Accountabilities\nDocumenting cook and chill information for HACCP and specifications\nEnsuring food safety and quality\nAdhere to all safety policies and procedures eg., Lock Out tag Out \nCleanliness and housekeeping\nHACCP Documents consists of 110 pages of instructional text and 45 pages of worksheets all in English \nVerify the correct ingredients and amounts on all paperwork\nServe as back up to other roles within the Oven department \nMaintain good communication and work both independently and/or with a small group of people \nComplete hourly and daily paperwork\nVerify that our products have been made to Cargill and customers’ requirements\nFollow all company safety rules and regulations \nRequired Qualifications\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship\nMust be 18 years or older\nAbility to read, write, and speak English \nAbility to do basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division \nBasic computer skills\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds at a time and push racks of product that can weigh up to 3,000 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation\nPreferred
