In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure appropriate inventory levels of stocked parts are addressed. You will support our inventory operations, data management, research and analysis and safety and compliance.\nWhat You Will Do\nResponsible for supply issue parts and making corresponding adjustments in the system.\nMaintain general food safe and plant safe housekeeping of parts room and maintenance shop.\nPerform clerical tasks including receiving service purchasing orders in the system for payment and receiving kit work orders for mechanics. \nCollaborate with purchasing, maintenance supervisors, and maintenance planners to review current stock and obsolete stock to ensure consistently relevant and useful shelf stock. \nCycle counts the parts room and reviews necessary adjustments with maintenance planner for approval. \nHandle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. \nMust be 18 years or older.\nHigh school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent \nAbility to read/write/speak English\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)\nWarehouse experience\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDevelopment Opportunities\nWe offer a Perfect Attendance incentive of $2.00 per hour for every hour worked during the week.
