In this role you will assist commercial team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers, to help them understand how the company can provide solutions for them and improve profitability.\nKey Accountabilities\nAssist the commercial team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.\nManage product demonstrations and trials of products and ensured work according to required specifications.\nDeploy relevant Cargill digital services and tools and help the farmers to realize the benefit and assist commercial/Strategic Marketing and Technology team to capture value from the service.\nAssist the customers on nutritional aspect that includes diet design and disease diagnosis during the customer visits.\nDevelop strong customer relationships at geographical key accounts in the assigned territory.\nIdentify and gather information on customer requirement and recommend appropriate service and product.\nSupport cross functional teams including strategic marketing technology to develop and proof new products.\nTechnical training to the commercial team.\nParticipate with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation, satisfaction and account planning.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\nQualified M.V.Sc (Animal Nutrition)\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nMinimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nYears of experience: 5 - 10 years.\nFluent in speaking the local language.\nOpen to travelling atleast 15 days every month.\nAt least 5 years of experience in poultry nutrition.\nAt least 5 years of experience in feed formulation for broilers and broiler breeders, focusing on performance optimization and cost efficiency.\nStrong experience in providing technical support on broiler and breeder nutrition, including nutrient optimization and performance monitoring.\nAbility to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise.\nDisclaimer\nProtect yourself against recruitment fraud.
