We seek a professional with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices. In this role, you will help to build financial statements with accuracy that comply with established requirements and policies. Should have strong knowledge on consolidation of financials.\n\nKey Accountabilities\nPerform general accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger including payroll accounting, pension accounting, investment accounting, intercompany and blackline reconciliation, etc.\nApply accounting techniques and standard practices to reclassify and to record transactions.\nPreparation of Financial Statements including Cash Flow Statements and Notes to The Financial Statements as per US GAAP and Local GAAP of the countries.\nManage independently monthly books close process.\nReview and create standard accounting OneStream packages.\nContribute to new setup and changes in existing financial applications to optimize effectiveness.\nIndependently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\nLead process improvements, train the team on process changes and continuous improvement, and assist in audit activity.\nDevelop and cultivate relationships with business partners, responding to business contacts or customers directly to deliver accurate processes.\nUpdate and maintain standard operation procedures on a timely basis.\nOther duties as assigned.\nShift timing in non-close 2PM to 11PM and during close (monthly/quarterly) 6PM to 3:00AM.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nCA Inter / CMA Inter with Minimum of 7-10 years of related work experience / CA or CMA Qualified with 2-3 years of experience.\nProficient with email, spreadsheet, and word processing applications\nAdvanced data analytical skills for using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.\nExperienced leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.\nExperienced working with multiple businesses or international business experience.\nOther minimum qualifications may apply.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of accounting modules in enterprise resource planning systems such as CFIN, SAP, OneStream.\nWorking experience in multinational environment or with external audit.\nKnowledge of international financial reporting standards and generally accepted accounting principles (Awareness of US
