We do the right thing-today and for generations to come.\nLocation\nThis role will be based in Wayzata, Minnesota.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Product Manager - Learning & Development will be responsible for setting the technical product strategy based on value stream and accountable for the Learning & Development product’s overall outcomes. In this role, you will understand client and business needs, champion the voice of the client, build stakeholder commitment, develop technical product deployment roadmaps in partnership with the product owner and partner collaboratively across the organization to jointly develop, launch and govern the technical product implementation experience. You will partner with the team on cost, return on investment and accountability to the business stakeholders.\nKey Accountabilities\nPartner with the COE Product Owner for the technical product development \nAccountable to defining goals and creating a vision for technical product lifecycle. \nLead Learning technical product innovations and roadmaps. \nOwn the technical product and the associated strategy, from inception to delivery and identify business value and end user outcomes including key performance indicators and financial return on investment. \nCommunicate with stakeholders across the board including clients, capability owners and the product team to ensure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives, utilizing key performance indicators to show progress. \nMake data-driven decisions and monitor performance metrics that inform a product’s success \nCreate tech product roadmaps as a high level, strategic visual summary that outlines the vision and direction for the technical product offering over time, to be used as a strategic guide for stakeholders to reference and as a plan for execution. \nCreate the technical product backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives and map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development. \nPartner collaboratively with the product team to build working solutions and obtain feedback as quickly as possible. \nProvide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor. \nCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to define change management requirements and lead the development of marketing strategies that drive adoption. \nOther duties as assigned \nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nClear understanding of agile principles such as value creation, persona-based development, and measuring business outcomes\nProven ability in making technical roadmap decisions \nExperience facilitating teams and breaking down business requirements into deliverables \nMinimum of six years of related work experience \nDemonstrated ability to interpret business strategy and propose relevant solutions that exceed business objectives \nPreferred Qualifications\n5 years’ experience in implementing and continuously improving SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in additional SuccessFactors module including but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, SFTT, Talent, a plus.\nExperience with AI-enabled solutions\nExperience leading change and communication with a diverse group of stakeholders \nPrior experience building or working in a Product Model. \nPrior experience evaluating and deploying Artificial Intelligence solutions. \nAgile product owner certification. \nAdditional Information\nThe expected salary for this position is $135,000 - $175,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
